Deja.com Usenet Archives Search Page


Due to the seemingly endless changes that Deja.com (formerly DejaNews) continues to make to the layout of its Web site, we nnq-workers have established this alternative means of accessing the search functions for the Usenet archives of Deja.com. We do not intend to change this page nearly as often as Deja.com changes their Web site, but changes that they make to their site can cause this page to become dysfunctional and we will try to make any needed corrections as soon as possible.
NOTE: The search capabilities of this page have been designed to focus on the Usenet Newsgroup Archives of Deja.com and NOT to include the Deja.com Web based Communities (yes, there is a difference).
A word of caution to those using the Deja.com archives for RESEARCH :
Very frequently the "approximate count" that is reported on the first page of any search results is quite inaccurate. In order to learn the true total "exact count" number of posts found about a topic, one must view the last page of the results.
